General Information:
With over 90 years of annual shows and events, the Fire Company Carnival has become a tradition and part of our Heritage. Over  the years we have entertained tens of thousands with some of Country Music's top performers Past, Present and Future. We strive to present our guests with top notch and professional entertainment.

Location:
We are located at the corner of Oak Street and Locust Street in Schaefferstown in South Central Pennsylvania just north of Lancaster and east of Hershey. Our location makes it an easy destination from any major highway in Central PA.

Venue Accommodations:
The Schaefferstown Fire Company Carnival features festival style seating with ample room for your lawn chair. Caution tape or any similar material may not be used to designate your area. The use of Shade Umbrellas, Canopies or any other object limiting the views of our guests will not be permitted in the general seating area. Our Event Management reserves the right to ask guests to remove any item that limits or obstructs others views. Please respect the views of those seated behind you.
Our Carnival Grounds are and have always been an open air environment so all shows are rain or shine with no "Rain Dates". We offer two pavilions with seating for dining and resting along with several stands with games and concessions. A designated area is set aside for all of our young guests in a play land that they can enjoy. Portable Restrooms are situated in accessible areas for all of our guests. Although we have plenty of free parking we DO NOT allow Camping or Tenting on our grounds. We have a list of nearby and local campgrounds that would accommodate both Campers and RVs. We allow compact coolers but no bigger than 1'Lx1'Wx1'D and must fit under your seat. All coolers are subject to search. We also DO NOT allow any outside Alcohol.

Loading:

• Entertainment & Equipment parking is located directly behind Carnival Stage along Oak Street.
• Stage doors are located on either side of stage with two locking dressing rooms directly inside stage doors.
• Additional Crew & Equipment loading in and out will be available per contract or upon prior request.

Front of House:

• Festival Seating/General Admission

Backstage:

• 2 Dressing Rooms located behind stage with sink and mirror
• 1 Backstage Bathroom with small sink and toilet
• Chairs and Tables provided in Dressing Rooms
• Additional accommodations will be provided per contract or upon prior request

Stage:

• 40' wide by 25' 6" deep
